Hermes Events is a Mauritius-based luxury event planning and concierge studio. We operate across the full island and we also work with venues, vendors, and hospitality partners in Dubai, Maldives and Jaipur, India.
While our heart is in Mauritius, we're open to conversations about destination events across the globe. If your vision takes us somewhere beautiful, we'll find a way to be there.

Rooted in Mauritius, we extend our reach through a refined network of trusted partners in Dubai, the Maldives, and Jaipur, India. Wherever your vision leads, we curate and host exceptional events with effortless grace - we’re happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
For weddings and large-scale events, we recommend reaching out 12–18 months in advance. For corporate events or intimate celebrations, 3–6 months is typically sufficient. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.
We don’t set a strict minimum spend, but our services are tailored to clients seeking a refined, high-end experience. During our initial call, we’ll have an open and honest conversation about your budget and explore how we can create something truly special within it.
Absolutely. The Hermes Conciergerie is available to all travellers visiting Mauritius, whether or not you have an event with us. Simply reach out and we'll take it from there.
